Even though you want to appear as an experienced stock investor, you either don't know the difference between proxy counts and votes (or you don't want to know).
Of course, there was no vote on the day. But because of the lateness of the QTK withdrawal, the proxies had already come in from the shareholders to the Registrars and therefore nicely detailed by the Registrar officials. It is no rocket science
Face it again one more time mate, (I know it is painful)
Offer; AGAINST--43,000,000, FOR--34,000
Undies; AGAINST--40,000,000, FOR--2,600,000
