@Scott th Ratbag - Thankyou for your reply:
enjoy the day should be your motto - we never know when all of this can blow up into something world-encasing -croaching -destroying - "boys and their toys eek.png", my favourite grumble . . . my Swiss sis-in-law died hating men with a passion during the last years of her life; she thought they were the cause of all the violent troubles in the world, I cannot agree - women are complicit as well as contributory, by being the approving 'claque'.

Went to a 'philosophy hour' yesterday and the 'leader' was quite distressed - have been trying to get all this 'what's happening in the real world' crap off my mind since then - no TV for me for a while.

I'll have to check out William Dalrymple - I have travelled a fair bit, but mostly to the same countries - have been to England numerous times, but never to Scotland nor Ireland, need to catch up on those. Europe: Austria, Switzerland, France, Germany, Hungary, Yugoslavia (former!) a bit of Italy, stuck my nose into Slovakija . . . 1 day in Delhi - and I had a brief holiday in Arizona during the July 4th holidays - an experience!! -
well, I got to know only bits of all those countries mentioned, as one would have to spend a life-time just exploring one. I have a longing to get to know one of those Northern countries, but know I would freeze my butt off - so TV is the answer . . . . so many interesting programs on TV!!!
I still want to visit the gorges up north in Western Australia, know the Southern parts pretty well. Loved Sydney and surrounds, know nothing about Queensland. Have visited Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra - have a friend in country-NSW and have visited there, beautiful country.

I'll now go in search of my one and only Yoga book thanks to you! Practiced for a while and loved it! - what do you think of the different Chakras and the tuning, which goes from low G4 (396Hz) to A#3 (964Hz)? an d the hum of good mother Earth? i.e: 7 - 14 Hz =
