cutting staff costs... CBA is no 1 in customer service so they can afford to reduce staff in their back office and branches.. try to call 132221 or insurance or home loan helpdesk.. waiting for hours.. LOL..
they just do not care anymore.. CEO gets his bonus no matter how long you wait on line or whether you can log in to your netbank/app..
still the best bank in Australia, to bank with and to invest in.
