Why the small cap raise, and why now?

If it was because they need the cash, surely they would have gone for more than they did?

If the quarterly is set to disapoint....they would have gone for a much bigger raise...before the quarterly.

The fact that it went mostly to Cashel.....who is becoming intimately involved with the financial side of the company, and who have previously stated they will need to see more progress to ensure continued support of the board suggestes that the placement was more of a favour to Cashel who wanted more in at a great price.

I think the quarterly will be a cracker.

Who got the rest of the shares?
