No that's dreaming to think anyone let alone NFLX would want to pay a dime for a insolvent business. 120,000 subscriber base? Where do you get that number from, they only had just under 120,000 paying customers total, any idea what actual subscriber numbers are?

NFLX has always been unknown for QFX, will they or won't they, but if they do they will have millions to throw at any problem like content licences, and Australians will greatly welcome NFLX with it's flat rate subscirption plan and vast amounts of Movie and TV content.

QFX won't last 6 months if NFLX setup in Aus, what few subscibers they have will just up and leave. And they would certainly struggle to fill any more CRs.

QFX is a failed business has been for many years, reflected in the financials and SP. Even when DVDs were still popular they still didn't grow a significant subscriber base. Window of opportunity has been and gone, not long to go now.
