How can you possibly think the stock is undervalued? QFX has never made a profit, they continue to burn over 400k a month, survived only by one CR to the next with another hihgly likely less than 3 months away. And to top it off, they are technically insolvent.

Company shouldn't even be listed at all, Langsford should of done right thing when he took over the reins and delist the company, seek private equitiy investment, allow them to bring in specialists at turning around companies away from glare of SEC and Shareholders. And then once profitable re-list.

Instead poor investors continuing to be fleeced and diluted from one CR to the next.
