Smells like Zacary's disease to me. My ham strings are quite flexible enough thanks. If a business has an ABN and is expecting to earn over a certain amount per year they have to register for GST. Thats the law we accept. Seems they don't accept our laws yet. Does Amazon have an ABN in Australia, I bet it doesn't because it ships from overseas. If Netflix sets up servers here then they are providing an Aust service one might assume that means they are an Australian business. Especially if they are paying for content to provide in Australia. Their lawyers may need to look at this again.
