    the netherlands agreement is great news for the directors who own 80% of the factory in China (IMH only owns 20%). Also, notice that they have not sold a franchise for the netherlands. It is only an agency agreement. There is a franchise agreement for the USA (nothings happened for 2 years ) and Australia to AGL ( nothing has happened there either).
