I think you have got a few things mixed up, from all the stuff ive seen I think Telstra offered the much earlier pre VSN product I dont think they have ever put the current product in their catalogue, it would have had to have passed Telstra certification. I also cant see what you mean about it being used in cyber protection in Australia again cant see that happening
