    What could be considered 'advice' on an open forum such as this?
    A few ranting posts of a knob. Not really.
    Dozens upon dozens upon dozens of posts with the same theme posted by a single author over multiple usernames. Maybe.
    I would assume one would need to show evidence that these posts influenced your decision to sell, and hence suffered a loss, than if you didn't sell.
    Perhaps you would need to show that you read the posts: browser history, and were influenced: sell. Timing could be of importance.
    The above should NOT be considered legal advice. This is just my thoughts., because the issue has been raised.

    Looking forward to NET rising today. Tuesday is usually a good day IMO.
