Someone is using a bot to make small, well timed, automated trades. It happened late last year too, around the mid-teens if I recall correctly. The idea is to try to stabilise a share price, either when it is tanking or when it is very volatile.

As you say, it costs pennies to do it so it could be anyone who wants to increase confidence in the stock. Probably not KOOEEE.
