they dont have a management team who know how to manage a business, that would be the conclusion I get from all the rhetoric rather than the facts, it seems to be focused on capital raising and not on how you run a business. Its a lack of experience, the CEO has not managed a business like this before, although I think he is personally invested that doesn't mean he knows what he is doing, and the CFO is very inexperienced, look them up, the rest of the team seem to be changing every month so no stability, which lead to no focus, no strategy and no accountability. When you look at the lack of detail on the returns from all the investments, as I have said before what has been invested in Japan, Greece, India, Malaysia, UK, and what are the returns, what is the profit from any of these ventures, as we don't get any info I suspect they are all loss leaders.Its the ack of transparency and the smoke on all the reporting which alarms me.
