    Great first post Jaaarrrp. I was thinking about pulling together some ERP numbers, so you've saved me the work! Agree fully.

    I'd say the Epicor partnership in my mind has significantly de-risked the Riyo acquisition, prior to that I held question marks over their ability to bring to market and secure commerical partnerships. A business of that scale endorsing it, is a huge and possibly understated win given where JCS's shareprice is currently trading.
