nett assets ??

i get from the financial statements for fy.2012 that the company's net assets are $1.051m. market capitalisation today is $561m giving a p/bk ratio of 0.53

can anyone confirm that i am correct here ? the different companies with similar names providing their financials in the annual report are a bit confusing to me, plus commsec who are normally consistant with origional company info. give diferent info.

the figure given for cash and cash equivalents is $264m ??
so that is 47% of the current share price (24c.) presumably sitting neatly in a malaysian bank (in malasian ringgits) while it appreciates in our $A.- ie due to our plummetting exchange rate. all this seems to good to be true for UOS shareholders. or have i got something wrong here ??
