agreed. the problem is that it's not a very enticing or sexy looking product. the interface needs a severe rework to get it up to modern standards. i was hoping a lot of hype and big money would jump on it but clearly they were smarter than i thought. not to mention the business model is highly dependant on signing contracts instead of organic growth through inbound marketing.
