How difficult would it be for agents to dump REA as their service provider en masse and go for another provider? Does anyone know if there are contracts/service agreements between agencies and REA? What prevents this from happening?
I know that realestate.com.au is currently the number 1 online real estate sales site in Australia, but if there was an agreement between several of the larger agencies to ditch them en masse and to publicize this move to another website/platform, this could deal a HUGE blow to REA overnight.
Must be a few people messing their pants at the thought of this happening.....
