dhimurru/others: "fellini" has already posted the latest BP update, which states:
"Valuation reduced to $0.25, retain BUY".
From current sp at below 8 cents, a target of 25 cents is pleasing to me, as I have more or less the same average-in price as you, dhimurru, and have been holding for some time (but bought more when NEU's sp was going up in the past...).
All the best to all NEU holders. IMHO: The future here still looks very bright.
