I would say ... 1 demonstrated and 3 potential aces ... let's acknowledge the speculative risk still involved. However, I agree with management's desire to bundle the 4 Phase II results before ameliorating risk. Partnering early is not going to change the efficacy of Trofinetide in any of the indications. If I am to be rewarded for this investment, I want to be rewarded for its overall efficacy, rather than attempting to maximise partial success (potential over-reward) due to caution of future failure (potential under-reward).

Let's see how the four trials go, then base future decisions on the quickest and most effective pathways to get the drug to the appropriate indications (if, in the final analysis, any) for the people who need it. The best reward would be a new 'wonder' drug, which would help make for a better life for many, many people - those afflicted, their carers, relatives and friends.
