You are free to invest the way you like. No one is stopping you. In fact, no one gives a rats. If you think TA has no merit, and offers no advantage, feel free to carry on. Good luck to you. I believe an investment strategy based on knowing fundamentals well, being aware of upcoming catalysts, and using TA to help time entries and exits is a solid combination- and it is serving me very well thanks. I am always learning. Others, including you, are free to trade and invest however they like. No problem with that.

What I take issue with, is a peanut such as yourself, rolling into a charting thread, and spouting off about how you don't think it works, and how you read in a Sunday paper once that it doesn't, lol... Like anyone gives a toss.. Do you go to the footy and start shouting at people that cricket's a better game too?

Find a more productive way to spend your time.
