Haha mate I just put them there without any thought- I did it inPowerPoint too because I couldn't remove my private buy markers, notes, and average price, AND draw those lines lol.. Shows how much of a guru I am at TradingView. But point taken- and I added the 8ema to my mix as you suggested a while back.
My point was that the TA (which as you know I am putting time into learning), has been trumped by fundamental catalysts before- and will again (imo).
I dont believe drawing lines connecting previous highs means a trend will be ongoing. For a medium/long holder of stocks such as myself, I always aim to be across fundamental events as much as possible, and use TA to improve the timing of top-ups/averaging down etc using the style you do- (or my veeery basic version of it), because I've seen you be successful very regularly- unlike other chartists getting around.
