The bit I've circled in blue is always a bad sign for me. Usually called a dead cat bounce as it failed to break above the previous high which in itself was a lower high compared to the previous, be it shallow, one. I liken it to someone drowning as it looks like the SP is coming up for a gasp of air, just above the moving average, and then falling away again.
