Hi Kerebrad..........%/odds of $17.08c. NEEDING to be tested?...........I'm not a 'bookie'.
However, the recent downward momentum has been halted (for now?), with robust horizontal SUPPORT on the WEEKLY chart @ $19.43c. (reference is closing price).
The more often this level is tested, and RESPECTED, the less likelihood there is of sustained down side (IMO).
