It's possible but it will only do that if next results aren't positive. and odds are not in your favour here. Far more likely NEU follows the same pattern it has already shown a number of time (push higher, consolidate in a down trend before next push higher) than follows some other random stock chart and like I said it will be news driven either way. TA just providing a DT line atm that's all. There is no resistance, let along very strong resistance at $22.whatever you stated. Time will tell regardless
