Hi Slick, any chance you could kindly expand on why the impact would be a big negative over 3%? I don't follow this area at all, but even at current levels where we have c.3.4m shares short, it doesn't seem like a big deal? Say a $10 share price move either way is either going to lose you or make you c.$34m spread out over an unknown number for parties who comprise the shorts - doesn't seem that much in the grand scheme of things.
If a long insto shareholder went from 1.5% to 3%, I don't think the market would even blink.
