Perhaps you've mis interpreted the updates from Neuren. To all intents they have approval, it is only minor details to be finalised. Agreeing the end points might sound like a big deal, but it isn't because Jon made it clear the FDA is expected to use some of the endpoints Neuren already used in the Phase 2.
Neuren will definitely be proceeding with Phase 3.
Overall, based upon Neurens data and the research I've done on trial success, Neurens likelihood of success from this point is over 90%. It is unusual to have such a strong drug candidate. If you want to choose a pre Phase 3 biotech to invest in, you'd be hard pressed to find better worldwide. (in theory Neuren post Phase 3, but in terms of the main event NNZ-2591, we are still pre Phase 3)
