Double bottom is looking good to me as well.
Mind you, the triple bottom just previously was looking pretty good to me also! (As overlayed on your chart in red).
But this is NEU and it behaves the way it wants to behave, and not the way we want it to. Unless you are a shorter!
Personally, I have been topping up at these prices, for better or worse!
