The other thing Karst Peak assumes is a 10x cash flow multiple for Trof "giving consideration to patent life and paediatric orphan drug exclusivity". Out of curiosity, is there a reason you are using 25x crem? Or more broadly is there a reason NEU might get the advantage longer than c.10 years?
