What A Gas: "......smaller 'satellite' transactions being sent home to 'Daddy'. And: "I think we are headed (a T/O offer)."
What A Gas/others: Of course I am completely in the dark. What is clear to me is that neither "What A Gas" nor myself nor most likely all other posters posting here on the HC NEU thread do represent "Daddy" !!
IF What A Gas' assumption of a Take-over OFFER coming about should in fact materialise, I would tend to assume that "Daddy" would have to be (or having strong links to) a Big Pharma company...
An early Take-over OFFER would only make sense IF it would come at a really, really "high" pricing - JIMHO, of course.
Just my non-essential musings relatively late on a Tuesday evening.
