Another look at the chart ....with a minor tweek.
The close today @ $3.94c. was subtle......but not insignificant.
In the wake of current market volatility/uncertainty..........if the NEU CLOSING SHARE PRICES remain consistently above the $ 3.95c. rmp line.......then (IMO) it's a buy.......with an (interim) TP of $5.23c.
A case of buy the CONFIRMED breakout?
