The above was posted on 23/06 and a key historical, HORIZONTAL support/ resistance level @ $11.69c. is highlighted (among others).
The NEU share price is a prime candidate for an 'island cluster ' breakaway.....and low volume is BEARISH in this scenario......characterised by higher volumes on up days than on down days.
The GAP DOWN open @ $11.64c. on 4th. July was a 'shot over the bow' (ironic).....but recovered. The $11.69c. LOW on 07/07, and lacklustre bounce, was a further alert.
To identify the 'island', VOLUME surges at the initial gap and the island .
The PATTERN is confirmed by the LAST gap.
So, the opening price on 10/07 will be of much interest.
As one astute(?) punter has pointed out, the VWAP should be considered in conjunction with the CLOSING PRICE. There have been recent closes above $2.12c......but the VWAP has been well below same.
