However there is a bullish and bearish view, most likely the end result will be somewhere between. Bull, We get breakthrough on Rett and all three of phase two trails this year, we continue to be funded by US Army and other subsidies, we licences out the drug making to large pharma and get a royalty every year plus big upfront payments which mean that the company never raises capital, keeps growing the pipeline of drugs and goes from strength to strength. In this case maybe $5-10 is possibly it’s really hard to tell. The Bear case is ugly, no breakthrough and trails this year come back negative, we burn all our cash and require another cap raising which leads to dilution after dilution until they give up and go broke. It’s really hard to tell what will happen there could be another 1000 or 2000 % still left in this pretty easily, it will most likely come over many years as boxes continue to be ticked and we make progress. Alternatively 18 cents could be the high as it gets. Given the recent success there is some good signs that we may be onto something here in which case over the next couple years it may prove a winner. Given the type of drugs NEU is making the upside could be endless, that being said plenty of Biotechs on the ASX had endless upside and never got to market.
