Little T - in all the gnashing of teeth about the SBB, I think Points 8 above is particularly excellent and often overlooked.
If we received a dividend, there would likely be tax implications, not just for our Kiwi friends but also us, as I don't believe there are enough franking credits for a full $1 per share.
The SBB is a really, really tax effective/neutral way of increasing holders value/gains. It really is a clever option in my view.
