you have to factor in the wider market, uncertainty in global markets (esp Japan and US), uncertainties in wider biotech indices - although these seem now seem to be in a positive trend - and the uncertainties from the Acadia results. The only thing you can do is to ignore all the speculative comments, consider the genuine valuations from sources that you can respect, and decide if Daybue and 2591 (now with 3 p2 results) justifies the companies current and future valuation.
