yep fair enough, shortly is a relative term and the only definition that matters right now is Jon's. I just think if the work is done and they're ready to be released, go ahead and do it, gets the information out there sooner to the people looking at neu. I would hope that Jon has a well thought out strategy for turning the shareprice around and/or selling the company, so if he is ok with releasing prior then so am I. I think neu have sufficient credibility already so the market and/or acquirer would be optimistic on the fda meet.
