I tend to agree. It feels like NEU are forging ahead and if the right offer comes along they will consider/take it. As per Hottods post we enter the ‘take out’ window in the last quarter this year. This is far better in my opinion than partnering which makes a take over more layered and you are committed to the end of phase 3 (like the Acadia deal where we tanked on the announcement). For me a long term holder I initially felt nervous at some of the rhetoric but if we want negotiating power forging ahead is the best option. The further we go the more expensive we become.
If Big Pharma were watching Fridays conference call Jon played it perfectly I reckon. If you want it pay up, if not we will keep rolling.
