I would be really interested in how much your model changes if Angelmans, Prader-Willi and Fragile X are back in the mix.
As an aside, what astounds me is that in your model, you reached a takeover share price of $200 (circa $17b USD) and you did not include Angelmans, Prader-Willi and 2591's application in Fragile X.
With my back of the envelope calculations (that are as sophisticated as a finger painting compared to your work), I got to $15b USD because I applied a huge discount and then discounted again to try and keep the figure somewhat sensible - but it did include those indications.
It just goes to show how much value there is in this.
