Lang Walker who is one of the major shareholders and a billionaire is a very astute investor. He will be holding out for as much as he can get and btw he doesnt need the money so I would want him in my corner when the negotiations start to get serious. As a relatively small investor I would gladly take anything that had a 1 in front of it.
