anp cap-cash=e/v of 34.886 and in need of cash soon.
anp has 2.3x the enterprise value atm.
a re-balance would see either neu trading at 5.29 cents or anp trading at 1.6 cents.
interesting session on wall street, the bears were not confident to hold overnight so the bulls have charged.....170 point about face as i type.
