IMO if PhII end of this year is positive, NEU wont be funding PhIII - they will either partner with a backend/fronted deal, or get bought/taken over.
The de-risk event of PhII success - together with NEU's excellent track record of trial/NDA success and Management (unlike others - *cough* msb *cough*) - will I think result in a buyer striking before NEU really takes off...
IMO if PhII end of this year is positive, NEU wont be funding...
