The most logical thing is that, Acadia should make an offer as they could potentially save a billion of dollars from milestone and royalties payments just from Daybue alone. But if they were offering a low ball one, our board could reject without disclosing to the market.
But we never know what is really happening behind the screen, so share price is behaving wildly, especially involving shorting activities.
