Yep true but JP has referenced Reata for a reason. And we've seen from some of Hottods well researched posts that the realistic premium we can expect a suitor to offer is a lot closer to 100% than 600%. Particularly when talking billions. And this is not just about paying what we're worth, it's about being able to justify any excessive premium to your shareholders.
So I'm sure JP is entertaining interest but I imagine it is currently well short of any Reata type valuation and therefore well outside of the ballpark JP expects us to be worth in the near futire (eg if we can make it to PMS results or even approval). And I would argue that if we can even make it to positive PMS results then we are likely significantly more valued than Reata given likelihood of 2591 approval for PMS, our larger pipeline, the broader potential of 2591, it's safety profile, and the income from Daybue.
