seanc/others: I do believe that SOMETIME SOON is a fair guess. After all, NEU's management seemed to be in a rush to get this consolidation done!!
Regardless what other holders will do and also regardless of when exactly that announcement will come out: In my case, I shall for SURE not sell a single NEU share - after all, I did accumulate them over a long period of time and upped my holding quite a bit in the past few months.
It baffles me WHY anyone would risk not being in the stock for simple trading purposes. But then: To each her/his own!
