Being serious, this is surely referring to the POH connection (2015 launch too close a coincidence, who else on their books?).
I would guess this is simply Neura looking for a bit of cheap publicity for their services. Opportunity provided by the FDA pointer. Sticks in the craw more than a little & to my mind cheapens their standing, but on the positive side confirms that POH are running with the wind in their sails in the USA.
