That is the key point 'long overdue' this should have been out the week after the announcement turned the SP south. The management of the company needs to do a lot better 1. framing the message upfront so key points aren't overlooked 2. working with media contacts to ensure the wider audience are aware. Hopefully both these points are addressed in the future.
