Acadia's finances (and pipeline) both look poor to me.
But often in the US they like doing script bids, ie we get Arcadia shares and it costs them nothing, only dilution.
If Acadia owned the nnz's then it might make the company much more appealing - as they would then have a deep pipeline etc.
