or both - script and cash offer. I agree with hottod and st. I can’t see acadia affording us in all cash offer even though they did raise easily last time. They are in a very interesting pickle - they are chewing cash frantically , their pipeline is weak , the current drug appears to be marginal at best in trial results (recent fails) and most likely to continue to be in upcoming trials . They neu need badly . If someone else takes row from under their nose it puts a dampener on future t/o plans ... actually makes the setup a bit of a mess.
