Hi Tony, Isn`t that what the DCF is for, to allow for those things?
NEU have stated that the enterprise value will be determined by a DCF model. If a takeover attempt occurs. And that the share price of the day is irrelevent.
We don’t know what NEUs DCF model inputs are.
But we do have a reasoned DFC model from KJT to use as a template.
What variations do you or anyone else have, to assist in tightening up on KJT’s current incarnation?
KJT has put it out there, with his estimations and calcs, and has said he is open for input to it.
