I agree with Hottod, I have worked in finance and around the big end of town for 25+ years - long enough to know that analysts do have special access to facts and numbers not privy to the usual punter.

However, IMO that only extends to the finances and numbers of the company - they do NOT get insider info or advance notice of price sensitive stuff or the companies strategy.

Therefore I really find it fanciful that this analyst has gotten information from Neuren that seems to directly contradict the company (and Jon's) position - which hottod has clearly articulated.

For now I believe Neuren are continuing as planned - releasing PhII results, looking to get one indication well on the way to PhIII and....on the back of FDA meetings....we will see.

And - if in the meantime a great offer comes along - doesnt hurt to have a coffee and chat with a suitable buyer.
