The reality is factual, that Biogen recently bought Retas Skyclavs for US$7.3bn (AUD $11bn) with a estimated peak sales 2030 of US$1bn-$1.5bn.

Hashan Desilva recently updated his model with 2591 and came up with peak sales using conservative numbers 30% penetration of US$22bn

Using a x3 multiple on peak sales by comparison to x4.8 used in Biogen/Retas deal, Hashan values Neu at US$12.3bn (AUD$18.5bn)

For a TO of Neu at US$15bn is nothing for an asset that has conservative peak sales in 1 single year of US$22bn

I don't know why in light of this deal so many here struggle to understand the value of our assets by comparison, this valuation US$7.3bn was paid by a BP knowing all the risks involved and $$ to bring this asset to market, yet had no problem paying 1.8 more in peak sales multiple to secure Skyclavs.

Not only is this relevant clearly with Hashan doing a updated valuation comparing this deal to our pipeline, now our CEO JP is publicly noting this deal!

We are aware this type of deal may in fact not happen there are no guarantees here. However reading between the Iines based on the above being of far more significant relevance than anyone on here posting anonymous (with all due respect) that this is the valuation range of our assets conservatively.

$50 is a joke and a valuation based on ones personal portfolio size, or personal wealth creation, it has been clearly demonstrated it has no relevance or DCF model to the value of the assets/pipeline Neu holds, only relevance is its the same argument to $5 back in the day.....

A forum of holders that didnt seem to want to discuss it or offer up numbers to strengthen the model put forward by KJT or debunk it with numbers and examples.

Just a lot of posters being dismissive and unconstructive.

A real Shame, as it was such a great DCF post provided to work with, With so many forum members here that have so much knowledge and experience.
