It has been stated that the big holders kind of have a time limit they are prepared to wait.
And that is before end of the financial year ending June 2025 even earlier.
Perhaps that is because NEU should, in that time, have all their ducks in a row, with everything they can have complete. To enable a package, of facts, to be very strong to sell for a TO.
I wonder if the big holders, who seem to be in contact with each other, have commissioned their own DCF for entity value? Enabling them to have an agreed price acceptance concensus, in the event of a TO?
